Kettlebell training intrigue

Everyday Health, a network of health and fitness websites, recently conducted an online poll in conjunction with the American Council on Fitness.
More than 90% of the 2,882 American’s who took part in the online survey were women. The average age being 44.
Of the latest trends, kettlebell training, Zumba (a Latin-music based aerobics workout), and pole dancing were among the 3 things that they wanted to try most, although 26% of people were unaware of them.
These types of responses reinforce the sweeping popularity of kettlebell training but show that either there’s a lack of provision for entry level beginners to get introduced exercising with kettlebells or a lack of publicity about the locations that provide it.
Either way this seems a terrible shame given that kettlebells are so hot in the US right now that you can’t get into a gym that has kettlebell classes proving that once people are introduced they are hooked!
