I have extensive fitness coaching/personal training experience, working with all ability levels from beginners to athletes (one to one/small groups/large classes). I can help you: burn fat; build muscle; improve strength and power; tone up; build a strong core; be flexible; increase speed and stamina; prepare for an event; or simply just improve your health and get active. If you have a little bit of space I can bring the gym(a full range of kettlebells are available) to your home, or we can train outdoors in your local park using the urban and natural environment as our gym. The Kettlebell is an amazing fitness tool that can target all aspects of fitness within a very short compact workout. Each session is carefully tailored to combine total body mobility, essential body weight movements, and a progressive approach to achieving a skilled Kettlebell workout.

“Rod served to be a fine catalyst in getting me out of my plateau and making me more motivated about my fitness. His belief in my abilities has made me believe in myself even more and this had made me soar to the sky – a truly amazing feeling!. Thank you Rod” Nachii Narasinghan,

“Rod’s fantastic classes, in particular his circuits, are amazingly varied. He demonstrates a commanding expertise and fertile imagination” Dr Jim Kay

I’m one of the co-founders of ‘Kelvingrove Kettlebells’. We meet every Friday morning at 7am, lower blaze pitch, Kelvingrove Park, West End of Glasgow. A chance to practice/ train/ share tips/ coach and be coached/ learn/compete/ have a go.........totally free of charge.....open to all. Full range of Kettlebells available. Mobility and flexibility, pistol squats, handstands, and a myriad of other body weight exercises are also a big focus. The session always culminates in a monster timed set using a combination of Kettlebell and body weight exercises - circuit style.
