As a lifelong competitor and former NCAA Division 1 athlete, fitness and exercise has long been a staple for many years in Corey’s life. Upon graduation Corey pursued a career in the fitness industry. He began working primarily with high school and college athletes, helping them pursue their dreams and reach their goals. He focused on performance enhancement for the athletes, using plyometric exercises, and speed and agility work. Along the way, he broadened his skill set when he was introduced to the Kettle bell.

Knowing first hand the benefits of the kettle bell, Corey began incorporating it into the workouts of his clients, and their fitness goals were quickly reached. Corey blends many modalities into his clients’ workouts, including joint mobility, plyometrics, kettle bells, and corrective exercise.

Using these various techniques he is able to work with a wide variety of clientele. While he continues to work primarily with young athletes he has used kettle bells to train pre-draft NBA hopefuls, FBI agents, military members including the Marines and Special Forces, and of course the weekend warriors!
