Rebecca is driven to provide the fundamentals of physical fitness and nutritional education to children as well as adults. Rebecca has been an athlete for years and has decided to bring her passions of fitness to her community. She recently became certified as a Kettlebell Teacher to continue her pursuits of safe effective training for her clientele. Currently, Ms. Dennison continues her study/mentorship under the direction of Dave Depew.
Rebecca is a high school track coach and has experience at the collegiate level. She is an independent business owner, who is available for private and group instruction

This would honestly be a good buy at twice the price!
I bought this DVD when I first started using kettlebells. The "Enter the Kettlebell" book provided details, but this DVD shows the proper application. Pavel personally shows how to do fundamental kettlebell exercises: swing, clean, press, and snatch.
This is the best DVD for learning how to use kettlebells as well as proper warmups.
